    Controller vs. Processor
    If you (as a Client) collect personal information through our Services (e.g., contact forms, lead capture, directories):
    You are the data controller (or “business,” as applicable) for Client-Collected Data
    We act as your service provider / data processor for Client-Collected Data
    You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA where applicable)
    You are responsible for providing accurate privacy disclosures and obtaining any required consents from your end users
    End-User Requests
    If an end user submits a request relating to Client-Collected Data (for example, access or deletion), the Client is responsible for responding to that request. Six Five Apps will provide reasonable assistance where required by law and where technically feasible, consistent with the Services.
    Required Disclosures / Consent Language
    You agree not to remove or disable required privacy disclosures, consent language, or policy links included in forms or templates. We may restrict features or suspend accounts if required disclosures are removed.

    Our Services may allow our subscribers/customers (“Clients”) to create pages, digital cards, forms, directories, or other features that collect information from end users (for example: name, email, phone number, business details, and optional notes) (“Client-Collected Data”).
    In these cases:
    - Client-Collected Data is collected on behalf of the Client who owns or controls the form/page.
    - Six Five Apps processes Client-Collected Data only as a service provider / processor and under the Client’s instructions.
    - We do not use Client-Collected Data for our own marketing purposes.

    - Operate, maintain, and improve our Services
    - Provide customer support
    - Process billing and account administration
    - Communicate service-related updates (e.g., security notices, feature changes, policy updates)

    We do not sell personal information.---3. Controller vs. Processor Roles (Important Notice)A. When Six Five Apps Is the Controller
    Six Five Apps is the controller for information we collect directly from users of our own websites and Services for account creation, billing, support, and service operation (for example, account registration details and usage data).
    B. When the Client Is the Controller and Six Five Apps Is the Processor
    When a Client uses our Services to collect information from their own contacts, leads, or customers, then:
    - The Client is the data controller (or “business,” as applicable under certain laws).
    - Six Five Apps is the data processor / service provider.
    We may access Client-Collected Data only as needed to provide the Services, including for:
    - Customer support and troubleshooting
    - Security, abuse prevention, and service integrity
    - Maintenance, backups, and reliability
    - Compliance with legal obligations
    We do not use Client-Collected Data to market our own products or services to the end users whose information is submitted to our Clients.---4. Client Responsibilities (Privacy Disclosures, Consent, and Lawful Use)
    Clients are responsible for how they collect and use Client-Collected Data through the Services. This includes (where required by applicable law):
    - Providing an accurate and accessible privacy notice/policy to end users
    - Disclosing that Six Five Apps may process information on the Client’s behalf as a service provider / processor
    - Obtaining any necessary consents and permissions before sending marketing communications
    - Honoring opt-out requests and managing suppression lists for marketing emails
    - Ensuring the Client’s collection and use of Client-Collected Data complies with all applicable laws and regulations (including privacy, marketing, and anti-spam rules)
    If a Client directs Six Five Apps to process Client-Collected Data in a way that violates applicable law, the Client is responsible for that instruction and its consequences.---5. Sharing Information
    We may share information with trusted vendors and service providers to help us operate the Services, such as:
    - Hosting and infrastructure providers
    - Analytics providers
    - Email delivery and communications providers
    - Payment processors
    These providers are required to handle data securely and only process it for authorized purposes.We may also disclose information:
